It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Henry-Senachwine ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They won by a run and slipped past the Stark County Rebels 8-7. The victory was nothing new for the Mallards as they're now sitting on eight straight.

Henry-Senachwine pushed their record up to 12-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Stark County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Henry-Senachwine will square off against St. Bede at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mallards' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bruins have averaged an impressive 7.9 runs per game this season. As for Stark County, they will challenge Bureau Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rebels are facing the Storm at the right time seeing as the Storm are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
