Basketball Game Preview: Armijo Royals vs. Florin Panthers

The Armijo Royals will square off against the Florin Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 75-39, which was the final score in Armijo's tilt against Vintage on Monday. The Royals have struggled against the Crushers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Florin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 60-43 to Johnson.

Florin's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Armijo, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-14.

Armijo barely slipped by Florin in their previous matchup back in November of 2023, winning 53-52. Does Armijo have another victory up their sleeve, or will Florin turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
