Softball Recap: Dawson Bulldogs vs. Scurry-Rosser Wildcats

Dawson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of the Scurry-Rosser Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-5 last Saturday.

Kenna Stoker and Meadow Langenneger stepped up to the plate in a big way. Stoker went 3-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base, while Langenneger went 2-for-4 with three RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was Tattum Hill, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one run.
