The Cimarron-Memorial Spartans will venture away from home to square off against the Pahrump Valley Trojans at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Cimarron-Memorial is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Legacy on Tuesday. Neither the Spartans nor the Longhorns could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Pahrump Valley's offense. They fell 2-0 to Green Valley on Thursday.

Pahrump Valley's loss dropped their record down to 3-5-4. With that draw, Cimarron-Memorial's record moves to 7-6-1.
