For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when ASSETS and Island Pacific Academy meet (six straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Admirals lost 3-0 to the Navigators. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Navigators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 on September 11th.
ASSETS' defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Island Pacific Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.
ASSETS wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Christian Academy on the 2nd. As for Island Pacific Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against St. Andrew's Priory at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
