Volleyball Recap: Garden Grove Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cerritos, Garden Grove was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Loara Saxons by a score of 3-1. For the Argonauts, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Saxons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

Garden Grove's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Loara, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Garden Grove will venture away from home to take on Rancho Alamitos at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Loara, they will head out to square off against La Quinta at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
