Volleyball Recap: Valley Union Takes a Loss

If Valley Union was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Duncan Wildkats by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. The Blue Devils have struggled against the Wildkats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Valley Union's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Duncan, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-13.

Looking ahead, Valley Union will take on San Simon in a tournament on Saturday. As for Duncan, they will be taking part in a tournament against Animas at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday.
