Basketball Recap: Bangor Comes Up Short

Bangor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They took a 62-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brewer Witches. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked 99th, while the Witches are ranked 18th).

Bangor's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Brewer, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-3.

As of now, neither Bangor nor Brewer have any future games scheduled.
