Volleyball Game Preview: Cypress Lake Panthers vs. LaBelle Cowboys/Cowgirls + Official Tickets

The Cypress Lake Panthers will venture away from home to take on the LaBelle Cowboys/Cowgirls at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Cypress Lake saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell 3-1 to Fort Myers. The Panthers have struggled against the Green Wave recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-11, 22-25, 25-20, 25-12.

Meanwhile, LaBelle entered their tilt with Sebring on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Blue Streaks by a score of 3-1.

LaBelle had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-17, 25-19, 25-23.

LaBelle's victory bumped their record up to 9-16. As for Cypress Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Cypress Lake beat LaBelle 3-1 in their previous matchup back in August of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
