After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Springville, St. Clair County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Locust Fork Hornets 10-2. Considering the Fighting Saints have won 13 matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

St. Clair County is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-13-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Locust Fork, their loss dropped their record down to 12-8.
