Southmoreland pushed their record up to 17-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points over those games. As for Carlynton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.
