Baseball Game Preview: Whiteford Bobcats vs. Dundee Vikings

The Whiteford Bobcats will head out to square off against the Dundee Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Whiteford is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

On Wednesday, Whiteford got the win against Sand Creek by a conclusive 14-2. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Dundee suffered their biggest loss since March 25th on Wednesday. They lost 15-4 to Onsted. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Dundee saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Mason, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

Dundee now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Whiteford, their win bumped their record up to 15-4.

Whiteford beat Dundee 6-2 in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
