Basketball Recap: Camden County Takes a Loss

Camden County suffered their biggest defeat since December 21, 2024 on Tuesday. They took a blow against the Brunswick Pirates, falling 65-37. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now lost nine in a row.

Camden County's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was John Bowick, who posted nine points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Jayden Ayala, who had seven points and five rebounds.

Camden County's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Brunswick, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-1.
