Baseball Recap: Atlee Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Atlee had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Hanover Hawks, sneaking past 9-8. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 4-0 win back in May.

Atlee pushed their record up to 18-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.2 runs over those games. As for Hanover, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-4.

As of now, neither Atlee nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
