Softball Game Preview: Clio Mustangs vs. Frankenmuth Eagles

The Clio Mustangs will challenge the Frankenmuth Eagles on Saturday. Clio will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Seven must be Clio's lucky number: they beat Garber with that score not once but twice on Wednesday. The Mustangs beat the Dukes by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 7-5.

Meanwhile, Frankenmuth came up short against Millington on Wednesday and fell 7-4.

Frankenmuth saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Miranda Polley, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Frankenmuth's defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-12. As for Clio, their win bumped their record up to 21-2.
