Basketball Recap: Mantachie Piles Up the Points Against Tremont

Mantachie won the last time they faced Tremont and things went their way on Friday too. The Mantachie Mustangs blew past the Tremont Eagles 63-25. The game marked the Mustangs' most dominant victory of the season.

When it comes to explaining why Tremont lost, don't look at Rico Rojas. Despite the final result, he posted 11 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals. Those 11 points gave Rojas a new career-high.

Mantachie's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-11. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game.
