Baseball Recap: Carver Comes Up Short

Carver was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 23-1 to the Bishop McGuinness Villains. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Villains this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-1 last Tuesday.

Carver's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Bishop McGuinness, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-6.

Carver didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-0 loss against Bethany Community on the 28th. As for Bishop McGuinness, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 15-0 win against Millennium on the 25th.
