Hurley came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Drummond Lumberjacks. That's more bragging rights for the Northstars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Hurley's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-3. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Drummond, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
