Ross waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Eaton Eagles a 5-0 shutout. Give Ross' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

They hit Eaton with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ava Bush (2), Maci Taylor, Ally Parker, and Isabelle Davis.

Ross' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Eaton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Ross and Eaton will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Rams are set to challenge their familiar foe Monroe at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Eaton will face off against rival Dayton Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
