Volleyball Recap: Grand County Red Devils vs. Uintah Utes
Grand County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Uintah Utes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Devils of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2023.
After all that action, the final score was 25-17, 25-11, 25-15.
Grand County now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Uintah, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grand County will square off against San Juan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Uintah, they are on the road again on Tuesday to play Mountain View at 6:30 p.m.
