Columbian has gone a perfect 3-0 against Lexington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Tornadoes will host the Minutemen at 6:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Columbian sitting on three straight wins and Lexington on five.

While Columbian's victory against Norwalk wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tornadoes had just enough and edged out the Truckers 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tornadoes have posted since September 13th.

Columbian took Norwalk into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-9, 23-25, 22-25, 15-9.

Meanwhile, Lexington beat Norwalk 2-0 on Saturday.

While Lexington won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-20.

Columbian's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Lexington, their win bumped their record up to 16-3.

Columbian beat Lexington 3-1 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Will the Tornadoes repeat their success, or do the Minutemen have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
