Recap: San Pasqual Academy Dragons vs. Warner Wildcats
The San Pasqual Academy Dragons won against the Warner Wildcats last Tuesday with 61 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. San Pasqual Academy managed a 61-55 victory over Warner. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Despite the loss, Warner still got an impressive performance from Angel Carachure, who scored 20 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Carachure has scored all season. Antonio Amado was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with seven rebounds.
The victory was the third in a row for San Pasqual Academy, bringing their record for this year to 7-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Warner, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-12.
San Pasqual Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Warner, they will be playing at home against West Shores at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
