Baseball Recap: Glendale Takes a Loss

Glendale lost against Illinois Valley on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pirates lost 13-1 to the Cougars. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Glendale's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Illinois Valley, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

While Glendale had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
