Football Recap: Bremen Comes Up Short at Home Against Taft

Bremen unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 20-0 to the Taft Eagles on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it ten in a row.

Kaeden Pettis threw for 205 yards on 16 of 29 attempts. Kishawn Gantt was his top target, picking up 120 receiving yards. On the ground, Isaac Torreblanca rushed for 32 yards.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bremen will host Grayslake Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Taft, they will be playing at home against Glenbrook South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
