Basketball Game Preview: West Forsyth Wolverines vs. North Atlanta Warriors

The West Forsyth Wolverines will take on the North Atlanta Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, West Forsyth came up short against Lambert and fell 59-51. While losing is never fun, the Wolverines can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 273rd, while the Longhorns are ranked 79th).

Meanwhile, North Atlanta hadn't done well against Westminster recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. North Atlanta blew past Westminster, posting a 42-0 victory. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

North Atlanta's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-16. As for West Forsyth, they dropped their record down to 6-18 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

West Forsyth didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against North Atlanta in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 46-42 victory.
