It was a good run, but Western Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They and the Arrowhead Christian Eagles finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. The result kept the Fighting Lancers happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 27, 2024.

They hit Arrowhead Christian with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Russel Dunham, Chase Chavez, and Rocco Marquez.

Western Christian's draw gives them a new season record of 8-3-2. Meanwhile, Arrowhead Christian's record is now 6-3-4.

Western Christian will head out to square off against Samueli Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Samueli Academy has won three straight at home, while Western Christian won four straight on the road), something that'll have to change. As for Arrowhead Christian, they will welcome Ontario Christian at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
