Basketball Recap: Argyle Takes a Loss

If Argyle was riding high fresh off their 56-23 takedown of Shiloh Christian on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles fell just short of the Northside Grizzlies by a score of 52-49 on Friday.

Argyle's defeat dropped their record down to 15-3. As for Northside, the victory (which was their seventh in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Argyle won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Carl Albert at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Northside, they will venture away from home to square off against Dierks at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
