Soccer Game Preview: Southridge vs. Jesuit

Southridge is 1-7 against Jesuit since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Skyhawks will host the Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Southridge managed to slip by Mountainside the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Skyhawks came up short against the Mavericks on Thursday, falling 4-1.

Meanwhile, Jesuit faced Beaverton in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Crusaders fell just short of the Beavers by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time Jesuit couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

Jesuit now has a losing record of 4-5-4. As for Southridge, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8-2.
