Basketball Recap: Parkway Central Takes a Loss

Parkway Central lost against Lafayette back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Parkway Central Colts fell 40-33 to the Lafayette Lancers.

Parkway Central dropped their record down to 3-5 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lafayette, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parkway Central will square off against University City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lafayette, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Holt at 7:00 p.m. on January 29th.
