Soccer Recap: Davidson Takes a Loss

Davidson lost against McGill-Toolen back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors came up short against the Yellowjackets, falling 8-0. The shutout was out of character for Davidson seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Davidson's loss dropped their record down to 10-7-2. As for McGill-Toolen, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5-2 record this season.

Davidson will head out on the road to square off against St. Luke's Episcopal at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Luke's Episcopal will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Davidson surely won't give up without a fight. As for McGill-Toolen, they will challenge Hewitt-Trussville at 5:00 p.m. on the 25th.
