Baseball Recap: Friday Harbor's Run of Three Straight Victories Now Over

Friday Harbor fell victim to Orcas Island and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings. The Wolverines were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Vikings earlier this season, when they won 4-2.

Triston Bremer was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he struck out ten batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
