Baseball Recap: Rockledge Takes a Loss

Rockledge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Viera Hawks. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2025.

Rockledge now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Viera, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Rockledge is taking a road trip to take on Space Coast at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Viera, they will be playing at home against Satellite at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
