Football Recap: Banning Lewis Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Banning Lewis Academy's offense. They were beaten by the La Junta Tigers 45-0 on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Stallions of the 36-7 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Sam Early threw for 77 yards on eight of 17 attempts. Jordan Jones was his top target, picking up 58 receiving yards.

Banning Lewis Academy now has a losing record of 3-4. As for La Junta, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.
