After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Burlington-Edison, Squalicum was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mount Vernon Bulldogs, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Storm have posted since October 7, 2024.

The win got Squalicum back to even at 2-2-1. As for Mount Vernon, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
