Baseball Recap: Bradshaw Mountain Find Success

Bradshaw Mountain's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They skirted past the Lee Williams Volunteers 6-4. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Volunteers: they've now won seven in a row.

Jeremy Reynolds looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Drew Strader was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Donovan Bayard, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Bradshaw Mountain's record now sits at 18-5. As for Lee Williams, their loss dropped their record down to 9-11.

Bradshaw Mountain will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Volunteers: the pair will be back at it again later today.
