Soccer Game Preview: Fayette Academy vs. Jackson Christian

The Fayette Academy Vikings will head out to square off against the Jackson Christian Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Fayette Academy came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-0 to Freedom Prep Academy. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Fayette Academy's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jackson Christian). They came out on top against Milan by a score of 3-1 on Friday. Jackson Christian haven't had any issues with Milan recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Jackson Christian hit Milan with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jonathan Nguyen, Chase Main, and Pierson Brown.

Jackson Christian's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2-1. As for Fayette Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1.
