Baseball Game Preview: Pasco Bulldogs vs. Sunnyside Grizzlies

The Pasco Bulldogs will venture away from home to square off against the Sunnyside Grizzlies at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Pasco is leaving town to face Sunnyside after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Pasco took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Eisenhower on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 23 in a row.

Pasco saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jon Wokojance, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Sunnyside also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to River View by a score of 10-5.

Trey Castro was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. Daniel Mohr was another, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
