Softball Recap: Evergreen Comes Up Short

Evergreen fell victim to Battle Ground and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 15-0. The Plainsmen's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it seven in a row dating back to last season.

Evergreen's record is now 0-3. As for Battle Ground, the win got them back to even at 2-2-1.

Evergreen and Battle Ground will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time Evergreen sees the field they'll take on Camas at 4:30 p.m. on April 14. As for Battle Ground, their break will end when they face Ridgefield at 4:30 p.m. on April 7.
