Soccer Recap: Olympic Takes a Loss

Olympic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Berry Cardinals. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Olympic couldn't quite close it out.

Olympic's loss dropped their record down to 3-9-2. As for Berry, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Olympic will face off against South Mecklenburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Mecklenburg will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Olympic surely won't give up without a fight. As for Berry, they will take on Chambers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
