Soccer Game Preview: Swett vs. Vallejo

Swett hasn't had much luck against Vallejo recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Swett Warriors will welcome the Vallejo Redhawks at 6:00 p.m.

Having struggled with seven losses in a row, Swett turned things around against Hercules on Monday. They and the Titans finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked the Warriors' first draw of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of John Godoy, who's now up to four this season.

Meanwhile, Vallejo entered their tilt with Bethel on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Jaguars.

Swett's draw gives them a new season record of 0-7-1. As for Vallejo, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.
