Basketball Game Preview: Grace Academy Eagles vs. Lopez Lobos

The Grace Academy Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the Lopez Lobos at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Friday, Grace Academy came up short against Lummi and fell 34-22. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Blackhawks: they've now lost eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Lopez came up short against Concrete on Thursday, falling 54-33. The Lobos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grace Academy now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Lopez, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Grace Academy ended up a good deal behind Lopez in their previous meeting on January 9th, losing 43-24. Can Grace Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
