Softball Recap: Belleville's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against NV - Demarest, Belleville was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the American History Eagles a 15-0 shutout. The high-scoring effort was just what the Buccaneers needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

With the win, Belleville broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-12. As for American History, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Belleville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 5-3 victory against Saddle Brook on the 20th. As for American History, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 18-4 loss against Newark Central on the 20th.
