Teague and Westwood are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Lions will head out to square off against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Last Monday, Teague didn't have quite enough to beat Groesbeck and fell 5-4. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Westwood hadn't done well against Groesbeck recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Panthers had just enough and edged out the Goats 6-5. The victory was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Teague's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Westwood, their win bumped their record up to 2-15.

Teague suffered a grim 10-4 defeat to Westwood when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can the Lions avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
