Basketball Recap: North Butler Comes Up Short

North Butler was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by the Osage Green Devils 56-17. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bearcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-22 last Tuesday.

North Butler's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Osage, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-9.

Looking ahead, North Butler will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Nashua-Plainfield at 6:15 p.m. Osage has already played their next match (against Northwood-Kensett), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
