Baseball Recap: Lenoir City Find Success

Lenoir City won the last time they faced Sequoyah and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Chiefs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Luke Chadwick was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two runs. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Conner Turpin, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Lenoir City's win bumped their record up to 7-17. As for Sequoyah, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-15.

Lenoir City has already played their next game (against Sequatchie County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Sequoyah, they will host Tyner Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
