Baseball Recap: Vassar Takes a Loss

Vassar lost against Caro back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vulcans came up short against the Tigers, falling 12-1.

Vassar saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dakota Jaynes, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI. That RBI marked the first that Jaynes has brought in this season.

Vassar's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Caro, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

While Vassar had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
