Basketball Recap: Brandywine's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Brandywine entered their tilt with Bronson on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Bronson Vikings by a score of 60-52. The Bobcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

Bronson lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Zeb Olson, who posted nine points along with five rebounds and three steals. Those three steals gave Olson a new career-high. Warner Wotta was another key player, putting up 11 points and seven boards.

Brandywine's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Bronson, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Brandywine didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 62-46 defeat against South Haven on the 5th. As for Bronson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 68-43 win against Springport on the 7th.
