Jaxon Schad and Adrian Wilson certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Schad threw for 261 yards and two touchdowns, while Wilson picked up 160 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Wilson is becoming a predictor of Weiss' success: when he posts at least 100 receiving yards the team is 7-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Leading Angleton to victory were Bryce Duron and Jamarcus Shockley. Duron rushed for 33 yards and two touchdowns, while Shockley gained 111 total yards and two touchdowns. That's the most rushing yards Duron has posted since back in September.
