Volleyball Recap: Nevada Takes a Loss

Nevada saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Word of God Academy Force.

Nevada's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Word of God Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

Nevada will square off against Spring Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Word of God Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Garland County Athletes for Christ Home School on the 20th.
