Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Fayetteville walked away with it. They blew past the Winterboro Bulldogs 16-1 on Monday. The Wolves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

Fayetteville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-12-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.9 runs over those games. As for Winterboro, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 15 of their last 16 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-23 record this season.

Coincidentally, Fayetteville and Winterboro will both be playing Wadley the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Bulldogs on Monday, while the Wolves will play them later in the day, at 9:00 a.m.
